Ordering
Information
International Orders
(Export Restrictions For Certain Brands And Products May Apply!)
       Ordering Process for International Customers

Orders are sent to us by the customer via phone, fax, or email.

Once
an order is received, it is processed and an invoice is sent to
the customer once the order is ready to ship. Many orders
received before 10AM Eastern Standard Time are processed within
the same business day.

Orders are released for shipping as soon as funds have cleared
our bank. Payment is by T/T (our bank details will be provided
to you).
There is
a $1000 USD minimum for all orders placed. Please allow 24-48 hours
for orders to be processed. International payment terms are limited
to payment in full via bank transfer prior to the release of any
shipments. Orders are released immediately after funds are
cleared. We are sorry, we do not accept Credit Cards or Pay Pal for
international orders.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the order placed. For
most retail oriented customers with orders ranging from $1000 to
$5000, we generally offer door to door delivery service via DHL
Intl Express or UPS Intl Express. With DHL or UPS Intl Express, all
the tedious details of importing such as customs brokerage/clearance
and trucking are taken care of from our end so you can relax and
enjoy a hassle free importing experience. Transit times are also one
less thing you have to worry about with fast deliveries to Australia
and most of Europe in just 2 business days.
For orders totaling $10,000+,
we usually opt to ship using one of our trusted freight forwarders
or let the customer make their own arrangements. Either way we work
towards finding the most cost effective shipping solution without
compromising speed and efficiency.

There is a $1000 USD minimum for all orders placed. Please allow
24-48 hours for orders to be processed. Payment terms are COD
Cashiers Check/Money Order and in some cases, a wire transfer maybe
necessary before a shipment is released. Credit cards are accepted
for domestic orders.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the order placed.
Almost all orders are shipped via UPS with the speed of delivery
(ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air, next day air) left to be
determined by the customer. For orders totaling 10,000+ we may choose
to ship using Gold Coast or Watkins Transport.
